Jenn received her Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from SUNY Fredonia, New York. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in combined Child and Youth Studies and Applied Linguistics from Brock University. Before pursuing her Master’s degree, Jenn completed the Communication Disorders Assistant program at Brock University. She has extensive knowledge providing speech-language therapy to adults and children with Learning Disabilities, Apraxia, Accent Reduction, Asperger’s Syndrome, Dysfluency, Phonological Disorders, Literacy concerns, expressive and/or receptive Language Delays, Articulation Disorders, Central Auditory Processing Disorders, and social communication difficulties. She has diverse clinical experience providing speech-language assessments, therapy and family support. As well, Jenn applies behavioral techniques throughout her sessions to increase compliancy and attention to tasks. She is passionate about working with preschoolers and school-aged children with Autism, Central Auditory Processing Disorders, Literacy concerns, early language difficulties and stuttering. Jenn is knowledgeable in the Lidcombe Program, PROMPT, Kaufman Protocol, Low and High-tech Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC), and CAPD therapy; and hopes to pursue these skills further through professional development courses.
