Khati holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, with a major in Human Resources. She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Texas. Khati leads the Human Resources function and is responsible for recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefits administration. Her focus is to ensure that blueballoon acquires and retains the best clinical therapists and provides them with the necessary resources to provide top-quality care that meets the needs of our clients. Prior to commencing her MBA, Khati was an Operation Manager for her family business in Houston, Texas.
