Psychologist, TorontoDr. Rona Atlas is a registered clinical psychologist, who holds a PhD. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from York University. Dr. Atlas has extensive experience and knowledge related to children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. She completed her clinical training at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). In her clinical practice, Dr. Atlas works with school-aged children, adolescents and their families conducting psychological, diagnostic and psycho-educational assessments. Additionally, she provides consultation and counselling (such as cognitive behavioural therapy and parent/child counselling) for children and youth experiencing difficulties related to anxiety, depression and social interaction with peers as well as problems related to bullying. Dr. Atlas’ goal is to support and help her clients maintain and enhance emotional, social and interpersonal functioning. |
