Clinical Director of CME/Physiotherapy, TorontoSimona holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and is pursuing postgraduate courses focusing on treatment techniques for children with neurological disorders, in particular in the clinical application of Cuevas MEDEK Exercises. In addition to having certification in CME I (Introductory level course) and CME II (Intermediate level course), under the direct instruction of Ramon Cuevas (creator of CME therapy) Simona became the first therapist in the CME Educational Program to receive certification in CME III. Since this time, she has been the Coordinator and Assistant for CME Courses (Levels I and II) in Canada. Recently, Simona received the further distinction of becoming the first therapist to complete the CME IV certification (Instructor Certificate) under Ramon's direction. Simona has over 12 years of experience in the physiotherapy management of children with neurological challenges. |
