Communication Disorder Assistant, BurlingtonGwen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in linguistics and a Communicative Disorders Assistant diploma. Over the years, Gwen has worked with a variety of populations including children with autism, Down syndrome, apraxia, articulation, expressive/receptive language disorders among many other deficits. As well, she has worked in a school board and a children's treatment center and is certified in Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson's Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) Level 1. Gwen is very passionate about helping others overcome obstacles that would otherwise prove difficult for them. |
