Accessing blueballoon

We aim to help parents avoid unnecessary wait lists and delays and to provide services on weekends and after school to maximize accessibility for busy families. Our intake team is highly responsive and will quickly set up an initial assessment appointment, while our therapists will work in conjunction with families to help determine and implement appropriate assessments and therapies.

Our services are funded through a number of channels, including:

• Extended health care benefits
• Charities
• Financial Aid
• Private Funding
• OHIP via Community Care Access Centre (CCAC)
• Programs for Motor Vehicle Accidents MVA clients

We are mindful of our clients’ financial situation and can tailor programs and therapies accordingly, whether it is through an individual or group program.  Moreover, each blueballoon family is assigned a Case Manager whose role is to help access and maximize all funding sources available.
